RETURN POLICY
Merchandise may be returned for the purchase price (but not the shipping cost) if it was bought from ADB, Inc., in the previous ten days and if it is returned in salable condition.
We will replace defective merchandise. Email us at sales@starfleetgames.com describing the problem and where you bought the item, and we will take care of it.
We will replace merchandise damaged in transit only if the package was insured or sent by UPS. If you receive merchandise that was damaged in transit, please keep the products (including packaging) and contact us for instructions.
